Paul Kip was in charge of the Engineering Department for Heublein back in 1976.
While working for Heublein, Paul Kip hired an engineer named George Proto.
They worked closely together for about a decade before Paul Kip retired from the company.
Meanwhile, George Proto went on to run the Engineering Department for Minute Maid, (Coca Cola Foods.)
Paul Kip decided to open his own company. He started up Kip Consulting around 1989.
George Proto wanted the freedom of working for himself as well and started a company with Paul Kip by the name of Kippro Engineering Inc.
Paul Kip had a son, (Andrew Kip), that was working for Dale C. Rossman Engineering at the time.
Andrew Kip later decided to go work alongside George Proto and his father at Kippro Engineering Inc.
Paul Kip decided to move towards full time retirement in 2013. George also decided it was time for him to move towards retirement,
so Andrew continued working at the company while he opened his own business, Kip Pro Services LLC in 2013.
Kippro Engineering closed in 2018, though George Proto still periodically provides services for Kip Pro Services.
Andrew Kip is currently running the business from Lakeland Florida.
